Dialogue System


Today I'm showcasing the visual novel scripter I've hand crafted for my game Replevin Punks. Its a system I've spent about a year trying to perfect. This being the 3rd iteration of what I call the Text Parser

The Text Parser is able to read multiple instructions at once on the fly while also reading dialogue. I can move objects about, play animations, change music, change locations, etc. And each of these commands come with modifiers used for controlling the timing of events.
